Refund Policy

Cancellations, refunds and service guarantees

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to logistics and transport services provided by Kovalchuk Transport GmbH ("we", "us"). It supplements our General Terms and Conditions (AGB).

2. Cancellation by the customer

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the agreed loading time: full refund.
  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours: refund of 70% of the agreed price.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before loading or after dispatch of the vehicle: refund of 30% of the agreed price; reasonable verifiable costs may be deducted.

3. Cancellation by Kovalchuk Transport GmbH

If we are unable to perform a confirmed transport for reasons within our control, the customer is entitled to a full refund of any prepaid amounts. Liability beyond the refund is governed by our AGB and applicable law (HGB / CMR / ADSp).

4. Loss or damage during transport

Claims for loss or damage during transport are handled in accordance with the ADSp, the German Commercial Code (HGB) and, for cross-border transports, the CMR convention. Refunds in such cases are based on the respective statutory liability limits.

5. Refund procedure

Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@kovalchuk-transport.de with the order reference and a brief explanation. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Non-refundable items

  • Customs duties, taxes and fees paid to third parties.
  • Costs of additional services already rendered (e.g. waiting time, special handling).
