1. Scope
This refund policy applies to logistics and transport services provided by Kovalchuk Transport GmbH ("we", "us"). It supplements our General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
2. Cancellation by the customer
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the agreed loading time: full refund.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours: refund of 70% of the agreed price.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before loading or after dispatch of the vehicle: refund of 30% of the agreed price; reasonable verifiable costs may be deducted.
3. Cancellation by Kovalchuk Transport GmbH
If we are unable to perform a confirmed transport for reasons within our control, the customer is entitled to a full refund of any prepaid amounts. Liability beyond the refund is governed by our AGB and applicable law (HGB / CMR / ADSp).
4. Loss or damage during transport
Claims for loss or damage during transport are handled in accordance with the ADSp, the German Commercial Code (HGB) and, for cross-border transports, the CMR convention. Refunds in such cases are based on the respective statutory liability limits.
5. Refund procedure
Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@kovalchuk-transport.de with the order reference and a brief explanation. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Non-refundable items
- Customs duties, taxes and fees paid to third parties.
- Costs of additional services already rendered (e.g. waiting time, special handling).
